Bock, M.D., FAAFP, FAAFP, CNS, received his MD with Honor from the University of Rochester School of Medicine in 1979, and is the founder of Bock Integrative medicine in Red Hook, NY.  He has been a pioneer and leader in the field of Integrative Medicine and has been treating Lyme disease and related infections for over three decades. Dr. Bock is a popular national and international speaker at major medical conferences and has appeared on numerous radio and television shows.  He is on the faculty for the Institute of Functional medicine (IFM) and is the co-author of The Road to Immunity and Natural Relief for Your Child’s Asthma. ​​​Bob Giguere has spent the majority of his career dealing with clinical laboratory medicine in the esoteric fields of genetics, endocrinology, and immunology. Dr. Richard Horowitz is a founding member of ILADS and board certified internist in private practice in Hyde Park, N.Y. He is medical director of the Hudson Valley Healing Arts Center, an integrative medical center which combines classical and complementary approaches in the treatment of Lyme and tick-borne disorders. He has treated over 12,000 Chronic Lyme disease patients in the last 28 years, and his NY Times best-selling book “Why Can’t I Get Better? Amanda Roome is a biomedical anthropology PhD student with interests in human population health. She has done fieldwork in Vanuata and in upstate New York.  Ms. Roome is currently working on human and ecological aspects of Lyme disease for her doctoral work.

Dr. Richard Horowitz

Dr. Ralph Garruto is Research Professor of Biomedical Anthropology and a member of the National Academics of Sciences. He has worked on infectious and chronic diseases in human populations during his tenure at NIH and while at Binghamton University.  Dr. Garruto has over 400 publications and is working on ecological, spatial and human dynamics Ed for Lyme disease in places where people live, eat, and recreate in what is referred to as “Built the Environments.”
